About The Position

Kyndryl designs, builds, manages, and modernizes critical technology systems. Requirements

In-depth High-Performance Computing with expertise in Solaris administration, automation scripting, Red Hat Satellite, and Supermicro hardware.
Enterprise IT experience
Hands-on experience in the following: High-Performance Computing (HPC) Support, Supermicro Hardware and Solaris Systems, Scripting and Automation, Red Hat Satellite Expertise.
In-depth knowledge of Linux/UNIX/Solaris Operating Systems

Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, private cloud environments and systems to identify root causes
Recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines and customer priorities
Test, refine and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency and repeatability
Assess risks proactively and implement strategies to prevent disruptions
Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies
Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments to ensure seamless operation
Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors
Document architectures and procedures for hand-offs, knowledge sharing and operational continuity
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers and Technicians
Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines
Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders
Build customer confidence by delivering tangible, high-impact results
Expand technical expertise across private cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems and emerging technologies
Earn certifications and qualifications while applying them on real projects
Pursue career paths toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer roles
