About The Position

This role focuses on Linux administration and automation using Ansible, specifically within U.S. federal government or DoD environments. The engineer will be responsible for managing configurations at scale, implementing Infrastructure as Code principles, and ensuring systems comply with security frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience administering Linux environments such as RHEL
• Experience managing configuration at scale with Ansible
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible, Terraform, Salt, Puppet, or Chef
• Experience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Experience managing systems within U.S. federal government or DoD enterprise IT environments, including security frameworks like STIG, RMF, or NIST
• Associate’s degree and 5+ years of supporting IT projects, Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years, or Master’s degree and 1+ years
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification within 30 days
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 Cybersecurity Service Provider - Infrastructure Support Certification within 30 days
