About The Position
High level Tech Support Rep with Linux experience needed for a hybrid role in Scottsdale, AZ. This position offers 1 day work from home and 4 days in-office. The role provides an opportunity to work for an innovative company and gain experience with cutting-edge technology and AI tools. There is potential for a pay raise and conversion to permanent status after 6 months, with excellent benefits and salary packages upon conversion. Requirements
- Comfortable working with Chat, Email, & Phone
- Salesforce, CRM, MS Dynamics
- Strong Job tenure, no job hopping - must be in last 3 roles for 15 months or more at least
- Fluent with technology and troubleshooting exp.
- Tech Support (must have)
- Linux Experience (must have)
- AI tools

- Bachelors is preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions
- Assist customers through multiple communication channels
- Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement
- Provide first-class technical support to customers
- Utilize AI tools to solve customer technical issues
