About The Position

We are currently working with a growing digital marketing business looking to hire an experienced Link Building Lead to join their SEO team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior offsite SEO professional who combines strong link-building expertise with leadership skills. The successful candidate will take ownership of link acquisition strategy, quality control, delivery management and team coordination, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior Link Building, Outreach or Offsite SEO role
• Strong understanding of SEO, link acquisition strategies and domain evaluation
• Experience managing outreach campaigns and supplier relationships
• Ability to assess link quality, relevance and commercial viability
• Experience leading projects, processes or teams
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead the link-building function across multiple client accounts
• Select and approve high-quality, relevant domains and link opportunities
• Ensure link delivery targets and campaign deadlines are consistently met
• Identify and develop new link acquisition opportunities and outreach channels
• Manage outreach campaigns and monitor performance
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified domains across multiple markets
• Oversee external content writers and ensure content quality standards are met
• Monitor budgets, costs and profitability of link-building activities
• Manage supplier relationships and support payment approval processes
• Ensure internal processes and systems are maintained accurately
• Provide guidance, support and day-to-day leadership to the Offsite team
• Produce regular reporting on delivery, performance and pipeline health
