About The Position

Loews Hollywood Hotel is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Linen Room Attendant to support linen operations and the housekeeping team. The role maintains clean, stocked, and organized linen rooms so linens are ready for service and guest experiences are supported. The attendant also assists with departmental coverage, provides helpful information to guests, and follows hotel, safety, and service standards. The position may require varying schedules to meet business needs, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 150 pounds repetitively throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a laundry role preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain linen rooms so they are clean, stocked, and organized according to operational needs.
• Provide daily inventory updates to the Manager and promptly report shortages or concerns.
• Assist with departmental coverage when needed and attend team meetings.
• Offer accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests when asked.
• Maintain professional appearance standards and wear the proper uniform.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that reflect Loews’ service commitment.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and departmental procedures for chemical use, protective gear, and emergency protocols.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct in all interactions.
• Maintain regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
