About The Position

Loews Hollywood Hotel is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Linen Room Attendant to maintain clean, stocked, and organized linen rooms and support the housekeeping team. The role helps ensure linens are prepared for guest service and hotel operations run smoothly. The attendant also assists with departmental coverage, provides helpful information to guests, and follows service, appearance, safety, and conduct standards. The position pays $28.19 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
Previous experience in a laundry role preferred.
Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
Basic English skills preferred.
Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend.
Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 150 pounds repetitively throughout the shift.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

Maintain linen rooms so they are clean, stocked, and organized according to operational needs.
Provide daily inventory updates to the Manager and promptly report shortages or concerns.
Assist with departmental coverage when needed and attend team meetings.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services when asked by guests.
Maintain professional appearance standards and wear the proper uniform.
Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that reflect the hotel's service commitment.
Follow OSHA safety guidelines and departmental procedures for chemical use, protective gear, and emergency protocols.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct in all interactions.
Maintain regular attendance in accordance with standards.
Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
