About The Position

NOVO Health Services offers linen management solutions to the healthcare industry. NOVO Health keenly focuses on safety and infection control and provides its partner hospitals with a value-driven linen management control system that measures and monitors linen utilization by department to eliminate excess internal costs. NOVO's wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless, single source distribution system. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes. This position supports daily production needs by preparing, inspecting, and processing items according to established quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM for the duration of the temporary assignment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand motions.
• Must be able to follow instructions and meet minimum work standards with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous production or laundry/finishing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and report to work as scheduled.
• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Inspect items and feed materials through equipment as directed.
• Read, write, and perform basic math as needed for the position.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
