About The Position

This is a full-time, year-round position for a Line Worker on the Pear Line at the Old Station. The working shift is the Night Shift, with hours from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, Monday through Friday. The schedule may vary depending on production needs. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Must know grades and varieties.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Must be able to do repetitive work while putting attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and push 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work on your feet 8 plus hours.
• Must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sorting fruit by grade, color and size.
• Turning and repositioning fruit onto trays/clam shells.
• Bagging, weighing and boxing fruit.
• Other duties may be assigned.
