About The Position

The Line Therapist is responsible for working directly with children who have autism in their home. This role involves implementing evidence-based intervention strategies as outlined by the client’s Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) and recording data according to the ITP. The therapist will report issues and/or concerns relating to family, customer, or team to the supervisor and report progress and/or concerns to the Interventionist.

Requirements

• Work between 20 and 25 hours per week in the customer’s home.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children who have autism in their home.
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies as outlined by the client’s Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Record data according to the ITP.
• Report issues and/or concerns relating to family, customer, or team to the supervisor.
• Report progress and/or concerns to the Interventionist.
• Follow the rotation and/or individualized schedule.
• Work towards all program goals on the customer’s data form during each session unless otherwise specified by the Lead Therapist and/or Interventionist.
