Requirements
- Prior mainline technician experience required
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat‑rate environment
- Strong commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Ford certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
- Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs
- Complete warranty work, recalls, and manufacturer‑specific services
- Accurately document diagnostics and repairs on repair orders
- Utilize Ford diagnostic software and service information systems
- Follow Ford repair standards and dealership procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians
