Line Sets Supervisor - SALARY
About The Position
Requires an understanding of designated department of operation and functions. Assist Manager in obtaining production goals set by management for the efficient operation and quality production in designated departments. Maintains morale and safety for all employees. Coordinates manpower with workload within the department. Supervises work force of hourly production employees normally for one shift only. Ensures department areas stay clean, organized, free of any safety or health hazards and compliant with all regulatory guidelines. Prepares and responsible for shift status reports, personnel reports, disciplinary actions and maintaining compliance with union seniority guidelines per contract.
