About The Position

Conagra Brands in Marshall, Missouri, a local supplier of Banquet products, is seeking qualified individuals to fill entry-level openings in the production department for 2nd shift. Reporting to Production Supervisors, you will work on-site at one of Conagra's largest manufacturing facilities with over 800 employees. This role involves assisting within the production lines to ensure food products are available for dispensing on multiple lines, supporting production by palletizing and stacking products for shipping, and assisting with line set-up and shut-down.

Requirements

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry less than 40 pounds of products and raw material.
Ability to lift waist height pallets 45 – 75 pounds and lift/carry tubs up to 85 pounds.
Ability to push and pull rolling tubs of up to 300 pounds of material.
A high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
Ability to pass a background screening process.
Complete a post offer drug screen.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Assist within the production lines to ensure food products are available to be dispensed on multiple lines.
Support production lines by palletizing and stacking products for shipping.
Set-up and shut down of the lines.
