About The Position
Tom Wood Aviation, in Indianapolis, IN is searching for a Line Service Technician to become a valued member of our team at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport. As part of the Line Crew, your primary responsibility will be delivering exceptional customer service to our esteemed guests.
Requirements
- High School or Equivalent
- Must have availability to work nights and weekends
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Aviation experience preferred
- Familiarity with airport procedures and safety regulations can be an asset.
Responsibilities
- Marshalling arriving and departing aircraft, parking them safely, and towing as necessary.
- Performing aircraft fueling, ensuring accurate fuel levels and quality control.
- Towing of aircraft and maintaining equipment (trucks, tugs, golf cart, mower, etc.)
- Greeting pilots, passengers, and crew members; assisting with baggage handling; and providing ground transportation as needed.
- Conducting inspections and maintenance of ground support equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Refueling of fuel trucks
- Adhering to safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure environment for all personnel and aircraft.
- Maintenance of building (mowing lawn, snow removal, cleaning building, stocking of supplies)
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service experience to all Aviation guests
