As a Line Producer, you are responsible for the tactical execution of physical production for our client’s global esports events. You will translate creative and operational direction into executable plans. Managing budgets, schedules, crew and vendors to deliver events safely, efficiently and to a high standard. In the run up to an event, you will review, negotiate and approve bids using the Client’s baseline product requirement guidelines. Taking the lead on weekly budget meetings, you will seek clarity and review budgetary options to deliver financial efficiencies. Actively gathering expenditure/projections from all internal and external partners prior to budget lock. On event, you will keep up to date with all decisions/expenses/reports, both responding and tracking to operational needs as savings and overages develop. Provide live and accurate reporting (savings, overages, overtime etc.). Post event you will actualize the event budget, pay attention invoicing accuracy and dispute any inconsistencies. Confirm and agree on all crew hours. Finalize internal department billbacks. Generate a closing report capturing variances and detailed notes for future events. In closing out the wrap period you will hand over a detailed guide to the Production Accountant for any final areas to actualize. This role reports to the Gravity Media’s Service Delivery Manager – Studio Crewing Global Events. This role requires a high travel flex, circa 30-40%. Travel can be up to five/six weeks away from home at a time. You must be in possession of a passport, and you must keep your travel document up to date. First travel window in 2027 is expected to be February 12, 2027 - March 9 , 2027.
