Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or practical hands-on field experience
  • 2–4 years in video production, field coordination, or junior line producing (commercial, digital agency, documentary, or branded content)
  • Proven on-set camera and tech operation experience (capable with Sony FX/A7, Canon C-series, RED, or similar)
  • Reel or portfolio of shot content
  • Direct experience obtaining permits, managing COIs, and securing releases
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, StudioBinder, Airtable, and Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-impact brand, editorial, and commercial content—delivering video, b-roll, audio, and photography.
  • Map out and execute seamless end-to-end itineraries, including travel, lodging, vehicle rentals, and gear transit.
  • Craft daily call sheets, organize gear manifests, and keep schedules on track.
  • Secure all necessary permits, clearances, releases, talent waivers, and COIs.
  • Collaborate with Creative Producers to manage field expenses, petty cash, p-cards, vendor quotes, and post-production invoices.
  • Prep, organize, and transport all camera, lighting, and audio equipment—while troubleshooting on the fly to keep shoots moving.
  • Scout and coordinate with local crew, fixers, rental houses, and catering—serving as the key operational contact onsite.
  • Manage card dumps, metadata, and asset deliveries for a smooth editorial handoff.
  • Assemble rough cuts or quick social edits to bring the vision to life.
