About The Position
Baumhower’s Victory Grille, part of the Aloha Hospitality International restaurant group, is seeking Line and Prep Cooks. Aloha Hospitality is an Alabama-based company celebrating its 40th anniversary and includes award-winning restaurants such as Baumhower’s Victory Grille, Dauphin’s, Las Floriditas, and Wingfingers. The company values its teams and is looking for members who can foster a positive restaurant culture and contribute to growth. This is a high-volume restaurant with strong training and ongoing development programs, offering internal advancement opportunities and a menu featuring classic signature selections and chef specials. Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook.
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory and stocking of kitchen supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
