Requirements

Must be able to tend all beverage production line stations, including Filler Operator, Palletizer Operator, and Packaging Operator.
Must be able to start machine, engage feed, and observe operation.
Must be able to inspect and evaluate operation to verify conformance to specifications.
Must be able to notify appropriate foreman or supervisor of immediate or anticipated problems in production process.
Must be able to make minor/routine adjustments to machine controls and guides, consistent with production and change over standard operating procedures.
Must be able to replenish packaging supplies such as, caps, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels to ensure minimum down time.
Must be able to mount supplies on spindles or place supplies in hopper or other feeding devices.
Must be able to inspect filled container to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications.
Must be able to remove samples of product, label with identifying information, and take samples to laboratory for analysis.
Must be able to perform minor cleaning of machine parts and surrounding area.
Must be able to remove jams and stop machine in circumstance that may result in injury to personnel or damage to equipment or product.
Must be able to fill out and maintain required production logs and status documentation.
Must wear Company provided uniform and required sanitation and safety devices as appropriate to comply with safety and sanitation standards for beverage production operations.
Must complete all required Safety, Food Safety, and GMP training and demonstrate compliance on a continual basis.
Must conduct cleaning and sanitation of production equipment components and associated support systems.

Responsibilities
