The starting rate of pay is $33.85 per hour. The position involves locating underground facilities, conducting preliminary dig-in investigations, and reading/identifying symbols on system maps. Candidates will undergo a two-part testing procedure: a written exam followed by a behavioral-based interview. A study outline is provided to prepare for both the computer test and the interview, which focuses on core competencies and past behavior as a predictor of future performance.
