About The Position

The Line Lead works on the Pear Line at Old Station and helps implement Stemilt standards throughout the line. The role leads and motivates the line team, adjusts line speed, monitors cost per box and production quality, and ensures tickets in are cleared. The position is full-time and year-round, with one opening. The stated schedule is 3:45 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, and may vary depending on production. A pre-employment drug test is required. Other duties may be assigned beyond those listed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of fruit grades and sizes, varieties, machinery, and supplies.
• Ability to train new hires in job functions.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions during periods of high pressure.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of pack schedules.
• Ability to perform repetitive work while paying attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must complete a pre-employment drug test.
