About The Position

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Line Lead to operate a production line and supervise a staff, ensuring the creation of an acceptable finished product. This role is crucial for maintaining production efficiency and quality.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Three to six months related experience or training in warehouse production.
Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system.
Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required.
Ability to plan in advance for production in your area.
Ability to interpret instructions both oral and written.
Ability to produce at a high level through your staff.
Ability to work with plant management for required results.
Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and calculator.
Professional attitude and performance in supervision of staff.

Nice To Haves

Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as requested by Production Manager.

Responsibilities

Operate a production line and supervise staff.
Ensure an acceptable finished product is created.
Work in conjunction with other departments for positive production results.
Inspect product every hour or more frequently depending on job complexity or criticality.
Perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job.
Multi-task effectively.
Perform all functions as required in WMS (SAP).
Train line workers in all aspects of production line work.
Maintain company safety environment.
Effectively manage company procedures and policies.
Follow and comply with Company GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Maintain quality work and product.
