About The Position
Directs, supports, and works on one or more production lines within MCC. Sets up the production line to complete specific orders, oversees Production Associates, and ensures that orders are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
- 2 years production experience
- High school Diploma or GED.
- 1 year leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist supervisor in making sure that lines are prepped for upcoming orders and confirm parts are in stock.
- Liaison information as needed between staff and supervisors.
- Training, supporting, and leading new Production Associates.
- Improving production line efficiency by monitoring productivity, quality and suggesting improvements.
- Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist supervisor and quality with corrective actions stemming from assigned lines.
- Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
- Report all personnel issues immediately to Supervisor or HR.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time.
