About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Lead to oversee daily operations for a team of Inspectors, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers. The Lead will help ensure employees are performing their assigned duties accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous lead, team lead, quality, inspection, or production experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and overseeing a team.

Requirements

Previous Lead, Team Lead, Supervisory, Quality, Inspection, or Production experience required.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow procedures and ensure others are following established processes.
Dependable and reliable attendance.
Ability to work Monday–Friday day shift with occasional weekend work.

Nice To Haves

Experience overseeing or directing a team preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide direction to Inspectors, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers.
Monitor daily work activities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Assist with coordinating employee assignments and daily workflow.
Ensure employees follow established procedures and quality standards.
Monitor inspection, sorting, sampling, and weighing activities.
Communicate work expectations and provide guidance to team members.
Identify and communicate issues or concerns to management.
Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Assist with addressing employee questions and operational concerns.
Support management with daily production and quality needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
