This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or production experience who is ready to step into a leadership position and help drive productivity, quality, and team success.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or production experience required
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Prior lead, trainer, team lead, or supervisor experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees throughout the shift
• Keep production lines running efficiently and on schedule
• Train and coach team members on processes and procedures
• Monitor quality standards and inspect products during production
• Track production numbers and line performance
• Complete production reports and required paperwork
• Support attendance tracking and workflow coordination
• Work with warehouse leadership to meet daily goals
• Promote safety and maintain a clean work environment
