Summary Step into a leadership role and help drive production success. As a Line Lead, you’ll oversee daily operations on assigned production lines or processing areas, supporting the department supervisor with workforce coordination and workflow execution. You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule while helping guide and support team members on the floor. Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years in a comparable field.

Nice To Haves

• High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required.
• Lead or supervisory experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work at various stations along the production lines processing food products.
• Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management related matters.
• Ensure that the qualities of the products are met according to the product specifications of QA and USDA.
• Ensure that all equipment throughout the departments is running smoothly.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Lead and train line team members.
• Monitor production lines for efficiency and quality.
• Implement safety protocols and report incidents.
• Control labor and material costs.
