About The Position

The Line Lead / Supervisor supports daily production operations by coordinating team members, monitoring production flow, ensuring safety and quality expectations are followed, and helping the team meet production goals. This role serves as a key point of communication between production employees, supervisors, quality, maintenance, and staffing support.

Requirements

Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
English proficiency, spoken and written.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
Demonstrated consistent work history and job longevity.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and understanding units of measurement.
Ability to communicate clearly with employees, supervisors, and support departments.
Leadership and team coordination.
Strong communication and accountability.
Attention to detail and time management.
Ability to follow and enforce safety, GMP, and quality standards.
Problem-solving and ability to escalate concerns appropriately.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
High school or equivalent (Required)
English (Required)

Nice To Haves

Previous production, manufacturing, or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and support production line employees during daily operations.
Monitor production flow to ensure products are packed, assembled, labeled, and processed according to work instructions.
Communicate production goals, expectations, and updates to team members.
Ensure employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices, safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
Assist with line setup, changeovers, material readiness, and end-of-shift cleanup.
Track attendance, staffing needs, production issues, and employee concerns.
Identify quality, safety, or performance concerns and report them to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
Coach employees on proper procedures, productivity expectations, and workplace behavior.
Assist with documentation, production records, and other required paperwork.
Work closely with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Production leadership to resolve issues in a timely manner.
