About The Position

This position assists the Supervisor in coordinating daily departmental responsibilities, ensuring that the Supervisor's instructions are communicated to team members and carried out correctly and on time. The role involves monitoring all equipment for proper functioning and reporting any maintenance needs to the supervisor. The job requires the ability to perform various physical tasks and maintain a safe work environment while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Must be available to work overtime and weekends if required.
Applicants must be able to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, gripping, and reaching.
Repetitive wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements.
Some positions require lifting 40 to 70 pounds.
Work in a cold, damp to hot and humid environment with slippery surfaces.

Demonstrate proficiency in all jobs in the department while maintaining a safe work environment.
Adhere to all Tyson policies and procedures.
