About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support our production and packaging operations on 2nd shift. In this role, you’ll package products according to specifications, accurately count and inspect finished products, and help ensure our quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Basic counting skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 3 hours)
• Dependable and timely for work
• Energetic team player with a pleasant demeanor
• Quality mindset
• Flexible with the ups and downs of manufacturing
• Able to identify defects and multitask
• No experience required
• Must be proficient in speaking and reading the English language
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Military experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Package products into desired packaging
• Accurately count required quantities for packaging
• Follow and understand facility GMPs and safety guidelines
• Identify defects as defined by the quality department
• Ensure overall product quality is acceptable and defects are eliminated
• Assist with daily startup and shutdown
• Clear the line daily and remove all trash and other tasks that are assigned by the line lead or Plant Management
