Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7:00 am - 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am).
• Comfortable with a rotating schedule (every other weekend).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operating industrial equipment such as shredders and grinders.
• Setting up machines to meet production schedules.
• Loading materials onto equipment.
• Monitoring equipment and making necessary adjustments.
• Following safety procedures.
• Occasionally using forklifts to move materials.
