About The Position

We are looking for qualified line cooks with experience in high volume restaurants. The ideal candidate must possess the skillset and knowledge required for working effectively on sauté and fryer stations. A great attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to execute our recipes to the FIXINS standard.

Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions
Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements
Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and colleagues

Responsibilities

Follow Chef's assignments for food production and prepare food for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment, according to correct procedures as well as keeping workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
Work cooperatively with team members and management
Follow Chef's and Managers assignments for all kitchen procedures
