About The Position
This posting is for Out of Country H2Bs only. You MUST be a Returning Worker to Qualify for this visa. Returning Workers must have held an H2B visa in 2023, 2024 or 2025. This is a seasonal position on Mackinac Island in Michigan from May - November 4 2026. Now hiring cooks who will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Will report directly to the Culinary Supervisor or Sous Chef at Grand Hotel or at Bicycle Street Inn.
Requirements
- Out of Country H2Bs only
- Must be a Returning Worker (held an H2B visa in 2023, 2024 or 2025)
- Six (6) months of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant.
