Funlab is seeking Line Cooks to join the team at Holey Moley in Houston, TX. Funlab is the world's premier creator of competitive socializing experiences with over 50 locations across Australia and New Zealand. They are expanding to the United States in 2024 with six locations across Texas, California, and Colorado. Requirements

• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults.
• Team-driven focus with the natural ability to motivate yourself and those around you.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Flexibility in schedule, must be available on weekends and nights.
• Relevant State required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and a top-tier service mindset.
• Deliver food and beverages throughout the venue, including multiple bars and event spaces.
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement.
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with the team to succeed.
• Take pride in the venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe.
• Take opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate guest needs.
