About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili's Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting dependable, fast service. They follow recipe procedures, keep the kitchen clean and safe, communicate ticket times, and ensure food orders continue flowing from the kitchen. The role calls for a friendly, caring approach to teamwork and the ability to act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
