- Previous line cook experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Ensuring food is cooked and served safely at proper temperatures
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Labeling, dating, and rotating food products according to company standards
- Supporting kitchen operations through food preparation, stocking, and equipment maintenance
- Working collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintaining a positive attitude while handling high-volume service periods
