About The Position

Anson11, our fine dining and bistro restaurant, is seeking exceptional team members to join their team, offering an unmatched culinary experience competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. This position is responsible for the set-up and stocking of food items and supplies. Prepares and cooks food items to specified recipes and standards. Works in collaboration with the kitchen staff to uphold Anson11’s high standards of excellence in regard to food quality, presentation, and a superior guest experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 yrs. BOH experience working in an upscale dine-in restaurant.
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Proficient with standard cooking methods and procedures and knife handling skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Able to remain calm in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Available and open to work weekends, holidays, open and close shifts.
  • Able to stand, bend, and reach for entire shift, lift and carry up to 30lbs regularly.
