Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure food safety and efficiency
  • Assist in plating and presentation of dishes to meet aesthetic standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for supplies and ingredients
  • Support other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
