About The Position

Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is looking for top-notch back-of-house team members to join our craft 'ohana! This role involves working a designated station and preparing menu items to company standards, following prep lists and recipes with accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The position requires adherence to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, effective communication and teamwork with colleagues and chefs, punctuality, and a willingness to learn. The Line Cook will also be expected to learn and support other stations as needed.

Requirements

• 6 months of prep experience and at least 1 year of line cook experience
• Experience with at least one of the following stations (Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza)
• Open availability (preferably nights and weekends)
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
• Follows health & safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.)
• Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
• TB clearance is necessary upon being hired (for work in the State of Hawaii)
