Join Our Team as a Line Cook! Are you passionate about creating delicious meals and delivering an exceptional dining experience? Our kitchen team prepares a wide variety of dishes for both our in-house restaurant guests and hotel room service. As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to hundreds of guests each day, bringing creativity, quality, and efficiency to every dish.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior line cook experience is an asset, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to understand oral and written instructions in English.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Team player who can also work independently.
Responsibilities
- Set up your station according to restaurant guidelines.
- Prepare food items safely, efficiently, and according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure timely production of dishes, including for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout your shift.
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
- Follow all health and safety policies, reporting hazards or injuries immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet guest and business needs.
