About The Position

Kitchen Line Cooks at Forest Golf Club & Inn are responsible for preparing food for service, providing exceptional and timely service to guests, and becoming well-versed in all menu items. This role involves setting up and stocking stations, maintaining a clean work environment in adherence to Health Food Safety standards, and being a supportive team member. The position requires resourcefulness and the ability to think on your feet to solve problems. Requirements

  • Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
  • Able to work flexible shifts

  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Organized and can effectively multitask

  • Punctuality
  • Health Food Safety Certification (required)

Nice To Haves

  • 2-years of cooking in a professional environment experience (preferred)
  • First Aid (preferred)
