About The Position
Line Cook team members work in Chili’s kitchen, referred to as the Heart of House, and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role focuses on preparing food according to company recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and keeping orders moving continuously. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
