About The Position

We are seeking a Line Cook to join our growing team. This role requires at least 2-3 years of industry experience, and culinary school education is a plus. The position is for 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Preparing ingredients, including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and preparing sauces or other components of dishes.
Cooking food items on the line during service, ensuring that each dish is prepared according to established recipes, cooking times, and portion sizes.
Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation, ensuring all food meets restaurant standards for taste, appearance, and temperature.
Working efficiently and coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
Keeping workstations clean and organized, following proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Complying with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility and availability during peak hours.
Collaborating closely with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
