About The Position

We are seeking a Line Cook to join our growing team. This role requires at least 2-3 years of industry experience, and culinary school education is a plus. The position is for 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing ingredients, including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and preparing sauces or other components of dishes.
  • Cooking food items on the line during service, ensuring that each dish is prepared according to established recipes, cooking times, and portion sizes.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation, ensuring all food meets restaurant standards for taste, appearance, and temperature.
  • Working efficiently and coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Keeping workstations clean and organized, following proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Complying with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility and availability during peak hours.
  • Collaborating closely with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
