About The Position

Sawgrass Country Club is currently hiring Line Cooks. This role is responsible for the daily operations in the kitchen. Ensuring all recipes, food preparation and presentations meet club specifications and commitment to quality. Part Time and Full Time roles available! Flexible work schedules- Negotiable rates.

Responsibilities

Set up stations including food prep before service.
Assists in other food preparation aspects of the operation.
Performs a la carte presentation of ticketed items including specifications to proper doneness and garnish.
Breakdown of station consisting of leaving a detailed prep list, proper storing and labeling of all products.
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all work surfaces and cooking areas.
Checks with supervisor for sign off.
