Line Cook/Grill Cook (Artisan Pizza Specialty)
About The Position
Wexford Hilton Head is seeking a motivated and experienced full-time or part-time Line Cook/Grill Cook with a specialty in artisan pizza preparation. This position will primarily focus on preparing high-quality artisan pizzas and operating the pizza station while also assisting with food preparation and presentation for members and guests in the dining room, at private parties, and during club functions. The Line Cook/Grill Cook will maintain high-quality, smooth, and efficient service while demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Full-time employees are eligible to take advantage of our incredible benefits program upon completion of a 90-day period.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality artisan pizzas according to established recipes, techniques, and presentation standards.
- Set up, operate, clean, and maintain the pizza station throughout each shift.
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, toppings, and other ingredients as needed.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are prepared consistently and meet club standards.
- Cook, broil, and grill a variety of meats, poultry, and seafood as needed.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menus and preparation procedures.
- Set up workstations and maintain an organized, safe, clean, and efficient work area.
- Assist with receiving products, checking product quality, and properly storing food items, dry goods, and cleaning supplies.
- Assist with physical inventory as instructed by the Executive Chef.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
