This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and production of all food items. Line cooks are expected to prepare each dish in a consistent manner, including portion size, taste, and plating, adhering to all recipes and TAO Standards. Additionally, line cooks must follow guidelines for sanitation, food handling, and hygiene.
