About The Position

Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is a brand-new luxury community expanding its commitment to excellence in service and lifestyle. This role is for a full-time Line Cook in a stress-free environment with no late shifts, serving from a chef-curated menu. The company prioritizes its people, cultivating a culture of respect and fun, and offers independence to create exceptional dining experiences and grow careers. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will prepare seasonal menu items and garnishes under culinary leaders, working both independently and collaboratively while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Completed high school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as line cook and/or entry level supervisor experience
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, squat, climb, reach above, carry, and lift (up to 50 pounds +/-)

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in culinary industry preferred
  • Experienced knife skills preferred
  • Working knowledge of soup, sauce, and recipe preparation

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize food safety and sanitation
  • Assemble hot entrées, sandwiches, and vegetables creatively in a fast-paced setting
  • Follow recipes and accommodate special requests
  • Prepare and set up for daily food production efficiently
