YaYa's Euro Bistro offers a sophisticated yet whimsical dining experience with a menu inspired by American, French, Italian, and Greek cuisines. The restaurant features a unique ambiance with mosaic tile floors, stone columns, fabric-covered wall panels, beamed ceilings, hand-blown chandeliers, and wrought-iron railings. PB&J Restaurants, Inc., the locally owned operator, has been delighting guests for over 20 years with a unique approach to foodservice, including staffing real chefs, using locally sourced products, and fostering a healthy and fun dining environment. This is a great opportunity for line cooks (concinero/cocinera) with back-of-house cooking, chef, saute cook, or grill cook experience in a high-volume restaurant setting, offering career growth within a full-service casual dining company.
