About The Position

DineAmic Hospitality is seeking Line Cooks who can accurately and efficiently preparing hot and cold menu items, portioning food products, and plating and garnishing dishes in accordance with company recipes, yield guides, and presentation standards. This role requires speed, accuracy, strong sanitation practices, and the ability to work effectively across multiple kitchen stations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Successful candidates are dependable, team-oriented culinary professionals who maintain a positive and professional approach with team members and guests. Line Cooks take pride in consistency, freshness, and quality while supporting smooth kitchen operations and upholding Dineamic standards during every shift.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of restaurant kitchen experience required
  • Valid Food Handler Certification required
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • fine dining and/or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
  • Degree from a food service program, culinary school, or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare components of all menu items following company recipes and yield guides.
  • Cook and prepare a variety of food using different methods of preparation, including from-scratch sauces, vinaigrettes, purees, soups, and other menu components.
  • Apply knowledge of and flexibly move between all line stations, including but not limited to saute, grill, pantry, and fry stations.
  • Efficiently run assigned station and coordinate with other team members as needed to support smooth service.
  • Maintain Dineamic's high standards by ensuring food is prepared simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and working condition of all tools, equipment, and supplies; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly, and safely.
  • Ensure the kitchen, food preparation areas, and food storage areas meet sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Take responsibility for freshness and quality by accurately labeling food, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO), and maintaining sufficient stock for assigned station.
  • Collaborate effectively and remain positive and efficient in a high-energy work environment.
  • Practice safe inventory handling and portion control.
  • Follow all company policies, sanitation guidelines, and food safety standards.
  • Additional duties as needed within the scope of the role.
