Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, scratch-culinary environment.
Advanced knife skills and a comprehensive understanding of diverse cooking techniques.
Proven ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
A track record of punctual attendance and professional conduct.
Ability to stand for extended periods, work in varying kitchen temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Prepare a diverse menu of meats, seafood, and seasonal produce to exacting recipe specifications and refined plating standards.
Demonstrate mastery across multiple stations—specifically Sauté, Grill, and Oven —while providing cross-functional support to Salad, Pastry, and Prep teams as required.
Ensure absolute consistency in food quality, portion control, and aesthetic presentation during high-volume service.
Maintain a meticulously organized and sanitized station; adhere strictly to food safety protocols, including comprehensive FIFO rotation and temperature logging.
Foster a culture of clear, professional communication with both Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
