About The Position
Line Cooks, or Heart of House Team Members, set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They learn and execute recipe procedures, maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety, communicate ticket times, and keep food orders moving continuously from the kitchen while contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
- Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
