About The Position
Busser Team Members maintain a clean and sanitary dining room and provide the dependable, fast service Chili’s is known for. The role supports the service team and helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests. The position may involve shifts in the evenings, on weekends, and on holidays.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Clear dishes, sweep dining room floors, stock supplies, sanitize contact surfaces, and reset tables for arriving guests.
- Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager.
- Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep pace with the restaurant and team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
