About The Position
Our Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, presentation and recipes of all menu items in their assigned station. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. Brinker International, founded by Norman Brinker, pioneered casual dining and is the name behind Maggiano's Little Italy, which opened in Chicago. The company emphasizes sharing and helping others, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund.
